I always use cold cream, it makes the waterproof mascara come off easy, I don't have a favorite brand, but right now I am using (like the first answer) Ponds cold cream, but I have in the past gotten the wal-mart knock off brand of it and it worked just as well.What is a good eye makeup remover that won't make your eyelashes fall out I can get at CVS? Buy a bottle of Johnson's Baby Shampoo. It is far less expensive than eye makeup remover, it will last longer, and it is very gentle. Baby Shampoo won't hurt your eyes and it shouldn't make any excess eyelashes fall out.
I've always used vaseline/petroleum jelly. It's not harmful on your eyelashes and takes off any liquid makeup on the eyes. Including the waterproof. And not only that, extremely affordable. :)
Try Pond's cream or at least the generic version. It will take all the mascara off and leave your surrounding eye tissue smooth. Don't be fooled by the expensive ';eye make-up removers';.
Andrea Eye Q is really gentle and effective. Just don't get it with ';moisturizers';--it's really oily and hurts your eyes!
Try using a cold cream or baby oil. Anything oil based will help you remove eye makeup easily.
