To make this make up remover all you need is a jar and a lid that fits the jar. You will also need some powdered milk and warm water.





Take the jar and put a third of a cup of warm water in the jar. Then put three tablespoons of powdered milk into the jar. Put the lid on the jar and shake up the contents in the jar. If the ingredients are in the right measurement you should have a liquid that is the consistency of heavy cream. If the mixture is runny put in some more powered milk and shake the jar again. If the mixture is to thick then add a little more warm water and shake the jar.





When you have the makeup remover at the right consistency you are ready to use it for removing your makeup.





To use this makeup remover take a wash cloth and wet it with some warm water. Just wet the cloth, don't soak the cloth. Put some of the makeup remover on the cloth and gently wipe it on your face until the makeup is removed. ..........I need to make a ';homemade'; eye-makeup remover?
You will need:


- Grape seed oil or a mixture of it and castor oil in a 2:1 ratio


- (Optional) Contents of one capsule of vitamin E to your blend for extra moisturizing power


- Sterilized container to hold your mixture (label it with expiration date, check the date on the original oil jar)


- Cotton balls (Don't apply with your fingers)





Directions:


To use your eye makeup remover, dip a new cotton ball into the mixture and gently rub it over your eyes and lashes. Try your best not to get any oil in the eyes. At best, it will give you blurry vision for a few minutes, but at worst it can cause eye irritation. After allowing the oil to set for a few seconds, use another cotton ball dampened with pure water to clear away the oil and makeup. Repeat until no traces are left on your eyes.

coz baby lotion wil helps to remove yr make-up easily


and oso when the lotion goes into yr eyes, juz rinse it out wif warm water.

Olive oil melts it right off....
u can use soap %26amp; water just keep your eyes closed of course %26amp; rinse well...i don't know how to make a makeup remover
