That I can buy from the store for like $1-$2. The stuff I have right now, it's not for waterproof makeup so I want some new stuff that works really good that's oil-free.What's a really cheap eye makeup remover?

baby oil works great
Theres tons of different cheap brands but not that cheap. Just go to your local walmart or target and look yourself. It'll probably be around $5
any sort of oil, baby oil, olive oil (great for the lashes too), vegetable oil ($4/4L)...
if you are wearing waterproof makeup, an oily remover will work best. start with baby oil to dissolve then wash with the cleanser of your choice.
