when i say how do you prevent it, i also mean what is the best kind so it wont smudge and go everywhere.

clinique eye makeup remover is good, eyeliner doesn't ruin the skin, just use a creamy kohl pencil like the one from Rimmel as to not pull at eyelids, and Rimmel won't smudge either, i wear it on my waterlines and it stays on forever!How does eye liner ruin eye skin? how do you prevent it? what's the best eye makeup remover?

The best way around this is to use a softer pencil, like one that is marketed for ';smudging'; or ';smoky eye'; or to use a liquid or cake eyeliner, or to line your eyes with shadow.





As for remover, I like Lancome Bifacil, or Almay if you are on a budget.
eyeliner shouldnt effect the skin around your eyes if it is good quality and if you dont wear it overnight.





i use LOreal De-maq Expert Elixir Concentrated Gel Make-Up Remover it is a gel type of remover and when mixed with water it creates a type of milky remover. you just wipe it over the eyes and wait for about 30 seconds to work its magic and voila it just slips right off. the best thing about it is that it doesnt hurt when it gets into your eyes.
Well first ov all do not get tthat cheap eye liner kuz that reallly ruinz yer skin.We all have different skin type buh usualy itz best to get the expensive One, I have the expensive kind aand it usually never smeerz. Alwayz rely On clean and clear [neutrogena] make up remover. u kan find it at sally'z ,walgreenz, and Longz drugz
Get the liquid kind it is easy on your skin and applies without harsh rubbing. The worst thing for your skin is to vigorously rub make up on or off. Vaseline works as well as any high end make up remover just be sure to be gentle and remove make up every night so your pores can breathe.

the best eyeliner to use would be a water proof one, because these dry faster and wont run, preventing unwanted wrinkles.

I think you should try the Clinique ';Take the day off'; Makeup remover. It's the best :) If not, use baby wipes. Makeup just ages your skin. The best eye liner I can think of is from Avon, Sugar and Loreal.
A good auto paint is the best to use,it can with stand harsh elements.


To remove it just use thinners,but be careful in can burn.
i've never heard of eyeliner 'ruining' eye skin.





but liquid eyeliner definitely doesn't smudge.
