Is vaseline safe as eye makeup remover?

I use vaseline to remove my eye makeup. I would like to know if it is safe as lately I've noticed a clear film area on the white part of my eye? SIs vaseline safe as eye makeup remover?
im sorry to the person who suggested baby oil but PLEASE DONT PUT BABY OIL ON YOUR EYES OR FACE!!!!!! baby oil is full of mineral oil which causes break outs and milia (small white bumps) around the eyes. vasoline is safe yes and it does condition lashes and help them grow but i would recomend using an eye make up remover and then applying a small amount of vasoline to your lashes at night.

ya, it's very safe, it keeps the skin mosturized even after the make up is removed. Some make ups can leave your skin feeling dry. Vasaline is good. As per the film i'm not exaclty sure, everyone has different skin types. If so, you should discountinue it, or ask your local pharmacist if that side-effect is ok
Yes definitely and I hear applying Vaseline to your eyelashes makes them grow - but I don't know if that works lol
