definately clinique! it is seriously fab. but if you want cheap, vaseline works okay.
To tell you the truth...I use neither one...and trust me...i have tried MANY eye makeup removers. I use neutrogena eye make up remover. It is absolutely wonderful!!!

I agree with the other girls...vaseline and baby oil work best, they are cheaper and they don't dry out your skin...I used to do theatre and thats what took off our stage makeup best....
