I'm looking for an inexpensive makeup remover that will take off waterproof mascara easily. I don't want one to leave my face oily after using, I'm looking for something that will be great if I mess up and need a quick fix for my mascara. Which one do you use? All suggestions are welcomed! Thanks! What's the best eye makeup remover?
I used to use Merle Norman ($16), Lancome ($19), and Sephora ($8), and none of them compare to Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover! It's $5-7 a bottle, depending on the store and bottle size (Walmart is cheaper than CVS, and bottles can be 5+ oz or 7+ oz), and works like a charm. Shake it to mix the different solutions (no oil, I promise!) and wipe your makeup away with a cotton ball. I have converted from pricier brands and love this makeup remover. I use The Body Shop's Chamomile eye makeup remover..
I think any remover is fine, but you have to make sure you use a cotton pad/ball/whatever and place it on the eye and let the remover saturate into the eye makeup before you start rubbing it away.
I actually love the MAC makeup remover cloths. They are fairly inexpensive, take off anything, and are great for all skin types. Plus, it's handy having them in a wipe so if you're in a rush or just too tired to completely wash your face you're all set.
in the jc penny of glendale galleria malll there is a sephora and they sell $2 eye makeup remover,it works amazingly,i bought five bottles, it is colored blue and its in a plastic bottle

Absolutely hands down, Mary Kay oil-free eye makeup remover. No dbout about it! It works sooo good and wisps the makeup right off... Leaves no oil behind (because it's oil free)... Check out marykay.com/cassandra.lang
Use simple wipes. They wipe ur face clean from makeup, and its free from colour and perfume too. They also cleanse ur face to prevent spots at the same time .. hope this helps :D
