What is a good eye makeup remover that cannot be bought in stores, but maybe homemade?

Well, you have to buy it in a store, but it's not a traditional ';eye makeup remover'; if that's what you mean. What I have found works the best is just plain ordinary baby shampoo. It's very gentle, and if you get it in your eyes it doesn't hurt. I stumbled upon it by accident when my eye doctor told me to wash my eyelashes with a mild solution of baby shampoo and water to prevent the follicles from getting infected. But I found it removed my eye makeup much better than the other ';professional eye makeup remover'; I had been using. Hope that this works for you ^_^!What is a good eye makeup remover that cannot be bought in stores, but maybe homemade?

Nivea has a gentle one. And using some cream and then wahsing with a NATURAL soap bar. Make sure you tone after washing.
Baby oil is the best eye make up remover, it's cheaper and it last longer.
I use baby wipes to remove eye make up. They work great. you could also use baby oil on tissue or Noxema.
