I wear waterproof mascara and need a inexpensive liquid remover! Anyone have any suggestions?

Almay makes these moistened pads that work AMAZINGLY. They're about $5 for a container of 80. Definitely worth it, in my opinion. They're not oily either like baby oil and other removers are.What is the cheapest eye makeup remover?
Baby Oil takes it mostly all off....although you shouldnt wear waterproof everyday--it is really bad for your eye lashes as you have to work a little harder to get it off and it pulls them out a little each time...
Rimmel's eye makeup remover is fantastic. It's usually about $6 a bottle but I find that you can usually find it on sale somewhere. 1 bottle usually lasts me about 3 months so it's a great bargain.
