What is the best eye makeup remover?

Like the pads or something like that. I would need to take off eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner, etc.. I also wear contacts if that helps. Please nothing expensive! Thanks!What is the best eye makeup remover?

Make sure it is hypoallergenic and apply sparingly - and don't pull and tug on your skin. Time will not thank you for that one!

My mom is a beauty tips expert and she taught me to use baby oil (I barely wet a cotton ball (100% cotton) and then put a little baby oil on it. It takes off all eye make up including waterproof mascara. It also has benefits - it is very inexpensive, it keeps your eye area moist, and it doesn't irritate. :) It's all I ever use and I love it!
Umm... not sure about the pad kind... but Clinique and Mary Kay have the good liquid kind where you would have to shake it up and pour it on a cotton pad.
any will work, it doesn't matter, warm watter and tissues would work just as well

clinique is the BOMB! no matter what......ALWAYS take out your contacts when you take off your eye make up.....you would have to do that no matter what brand it is
As a contact lens wearer myself I use Loreal waterproof lip and eye makeup remover. Not expensive and takes off long wearing products. I have never had a reaction even if my contacts are still in.
