Anything oil based will take off eye makeup. Just put some baby oil or mineral oil on a cottonball and carefully rub off the makeup. Be gentle or your eyelashes will come off also, you don't want that!Eye makeup remover??
i use these special eye makeup remover pads that work just to take off makeup. they're amazing. I'm sure you can get them at any drugstore or pharmacy. they're called ALMAY HYPO-ALLERGENIC NON-OILY EYE MAKEUP REMOVER PADS. get them!! i sometimes use soap and water too. if you keep your eyes shut, nothing happens.
waht i use is for my general make up remover is my acne pad things they have eye and face make up remover in it.
Petroleum jelly or baby wipes.
ponds or normal cream
lotion works..
put it under your eyes, wipe if off w/ toilet paper...
easy
petroleum jelly (vasaline)
vaseline or if u have a spray toner on a cotton pad that'll work too
I THINK I'VE HEARD ABOUT USING OLIVE OIL...BUT YOU CAN ALSO USE VASILINE AND/OR BABY OIL.
Vaseline,Baby Oil or regular bar soap if you have to.
