i have super sensitive eyes but yet cant stand the greasy feel of most make up removers the best thing over the years i have found is neutrogena eye make up remover pads not the liquid it takes the make up right off and i am kinda short in the lash department so i put 3 to 4 coats of water proof on and it takes it right off no burning no greasy residue and there are like 100 pads per jar for 5 bucks plus you can use them on your face as well good luckIs there anyone out there who knows a eye makeup remover that will actually take all the makeup off easily.?

Are you taking about eye make up? good ol' vaseline pertrollium jelly will do it, i have been using that for years and for ur face any face cleanser will be fine, like noxzema. but I am totally serious about the vaseline, just put some on ur finger tips close ur eyes an and in circular motion rub it on ur lids and lashes then w/ a wet wash cloth wipe away. Vaseline is also good for ur eyelashes............Baby oil also takes off eye make up.But i prefer my vaesline and it's cheap!

Either Neutrogena or Bobbi Brown. Bobbi Brown is the best, but its about $30 a bottle, whereas Neutrogena is about $6. But they will both get it all off!
Ponds has some makeup remover wipes that work great. There's nice and quilted. They cost about $7 at Wal-mart.

I finally found one! After years of searching I discovered Rimmel London Gentle Eye Makeup Remover. It is oil free and takes off everything, even waterproof mascara. And it's really cheap, about $5 at Walmart. I've tried the expensive brands and they all seem to leave a film, this one doesn't. I won't ever use anything else.
I've been using Avon's moisturizing eye makeup remover. It's creamy and quite inexpensive, but it won't remove waterproof makeup that well. I might try the Vaseline tip, myself - but it won't clog pores or cause break outs, will it?
