--i wear WATERPROOF eyeliner and mascara, i need something that will take off even the hardest to remove makeup

Both actually work really well. The Naturally gentle remover is less of an oily contistancy. Since you do wear waterproof eyeliner and mascara I would recommend the take the day off balm which is newer. A little goes a long way with this balm so the container last a loong time. you just get a little in your fingers and it melts into an oil. In the directions it says that u don't have to rinse off but since you have acne prone skin I would recommend that u use your regualr facial cleaner to wash your face afterwards to take off any residue.
