sounds like take the day off would be more effective, as the other one is described as ';gentle';. but personally i like estee Lauder ... or however you spell that. Tugging at your eyelashes is probably based on how hard you wipe your eyes. Acne shouldn't be a huge problem, as its usually not right around the eye area
I use Neutrogena eye makeup remover. Works great. I havae thin eyelashes and don't want to lose any either
