Probably not...especially if they don't test on animals.
If Lancome doesn't engage in animal testing, then the eye make-up remover is only good for people. Don't risk getting yourself into trouble with the SPCA by testing on your pets...the fines and penalties would be hugemoungous!Is ';bi-facial double-action eye makeup remover'; safe for pets???
Um, no offense or anything,don't take this the wrong way,BUT- Applying toxins in the form of cosmetics and such to your pets falls under animal abuse (in my opinion)
Why would you want to use that on your pets? Instead try a wet paper towel, or baby wipes.
Why does your pet have make-up on?
why are you putting it on a pet in the first place...
