I have tried many other brands of eye make up remover and I have to say Mary Kay is the best. It's oil-free, it's not sticky, it doesn't leave a film on your face, and it's easy to wash off after removing eye make up. It's not tested on animals but is tested by scientists to ensure the best quality and safety for everyone. What I like best of all that it doesn't harm your eyes if you have sensitive eyes, or even if you wear contacts like myself.MARY-KAY or NEUTROGENA oil-free eye makeup remover?
neutrogena cuz when u run out then u can just go 2 the drugstore and buy more if u run out. instead of ordering it
Mary Kay, because it's cruelty-free. Neutrogena is notorious for animal testing. Also, if you decide not to go with either of those, check out The Body Shop's Chamomile Eye Make-up Remover. It's amazing. It feels just like water when you apply it, but it takes off EVERYTHING.

Neutrogena has some of the best cleansing products (for the best prices). I don't really like Mary Kay because the quality isn't all that great, and the sales people are annoying.
The Neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover (for waterproof makeup) is SO great! I love it, and it is relatively inexpensive...
I only use the Mary Kay one - I find that other brands leave behind a film of oil that is hard to wash off afterwards. Get a sample of the Mary Kay and buy the Neutrogena, try them both out. If you dont like the mary kay, throw the sample away. If you dont like the neutrogena, try and return it.
