i don't really think there is..i use a waterproof remover on normal makeup :)..its the same thing..With waterproof eye makeup remover, does it matter if the makeup your using isn't waterproof?
i use the same stuff. the kind with the pink cap? well i got it because i use waterproof eyeliner, but ive used non waterproof too, and it works just as well.
waterproof eyemakeup remover is just oiley-it still works for regular makeup. Though, you might want to switch because its kind of greasy-the other stuff is much cleaner
no, it doesn't matter...it will just help take off waterproof stuff also, but it definitely will take off your normal stuff too.
i really doubt it matters...waterproof makeup remover is probably just better, cause its meant to wash of harder make up
